Welcome Letter

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to Project Challenge for the 2011-2012 school year. The Executive Committee and I would like to welcome you back to school. We hope you had a relaxing and enjoyable summer and are ready for a year of new and exciting programs.

Project Challenge Parent Association promotes and supports gifted education and related activities in Plainview-Old Bethpage. We are a group of parents who advocate on behalf of families in the Plainview-Old Bethpage School District who seek a more enriching educational experience for their children.

We encourage parents, faculty and students to join together to support the Project Challenge program. We need you to become a member of the Parent Association and participate in as many activities as your schedule allows. Your efforts can make all the difference in the world.  The best way for our children to learn to care about their community is to see us care. Please download the attached family membership form.

We look forward to seeing you at our first business meeting coinciding with our first Family Night on Monday, October 24 at 7:00PM at Mattlin Middle School.

Take care,

Jonathan Pollard
